You may have heard the definition of Fear. That Fear is actually an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. For this recovering panic attack sufferer, FEAR can feel really real sometimes, especially when everyone around us, our friends, our family, our co-workers, our employers, the media, etc. is feeling their own kind of fear as well. It is at times like this that it is most important for us to step back from our world of chaos, take a deep breath and make a decision to be mindful about our thoughts and feelings. We don’t have to be at their whim and mercy.
